Pacific Cross Vietnam is pleased to announce that Mr. Paul George Nguyen has officially been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representative of the Company, effective as from October 16, 2026.

With over 38 years of experience in the insurance industry across North America and Asia, Mr. Paul brings extensive expertise in actuarial science, product development, and strategic management. He holds a degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto, Canada, and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (AAA). Throughout his career, Mr. Paul has held senior executive and actuarial positions at leading international insurance companies, including Canada Life, AIA, AIG, and Chubb, as well as insurers operating in Vietnam such as Manulife, Aviva, FWDA, and Phu Hung Life. 

The appointment of Mr. Paul marks an important milestone in Pacific Cross Vietnam’s continued development, with a focus on strengthening operational capabilities, expanding distribution networks, and sustaining innovation to create long-term value for customers and partners.
