Effective 06 January 2026, customers can submit insurance claims in under three minutes, anytime and anywhere, across multiple devices, and receive settlement results within 24 business hours once all required documents are completed, through a simple three-step process: (1) Submit a claim request – (2) Provide supporting documents (if required) – (3) Receive the settlement result.
