Pacific Cross Vietnam has officially entered into a direct billing partnership with Bangkok Hospital network across Thailand. Through this collaboration, Pacific Cross Vietnam’s medical partner network has expanded to nearly 750 medical providers both domestically and internationally, reinforcing the company’s leading position in providing a direct billing medical network for health insurance customers in Vietnam and offering customers greater access to high-quality healthcare services.

Through this partnership, Pacific Cross Vietnam’s customers can access medical services at Bangkok Hospital branches under a direct billing arrangement, which helps reduce payment procedures, save time, and enhance the overall treatment experience when seeking healthcare services in Thailand.

Bangkok Hospital is one of Thailand’s leading private healthcare providers and is part of Bangkok Dusit Medical Services PLC., the country’s largest private healthcare group. The network currently operates more than 58 hospitals and clinics, offering modern medical facilities with internationally recognized healthcare standards for domestic and international patients across the world.
