Electronic Policy Package and Coverage Card Issuance

Thank you very much for choosing Pacific Cross Vietnam.
To create favourable conditions for customer’s usage, from 15 July 2021, we start to implement and provide Electronic Policy Package (E-Policy) and Electronic Coverage Card (E-card) for all customers who use Insurance products from Hung Vuong Assurance Company, managed by Pacific Cross Vietnam.
The content of E-Policy and E-card will be authenticated by the digital signature and have the same value as traditional documents (paper Policy Package and plastic Coverage Cards) which are issued before.
All paper Policy Package and plastic Coverage Cards, which have been already issued, are still valid until the expiry date, mentioned clearly in these documents.
We believe our new method will bring you more convenience and better experience to our service.
