Hello everyone! My name is Nam Phuong from Pacific Cross Vietnam. Today, I would like to share some stories about myself and my daily work at the company.

1. How long have you worked at Pacific Cross Vietnam?

I’ve joined Pacific Cross Vietnam for 3 years.

2. What brought you to Pacific Cross Vietnam?

One of my hobbies is traveling and I feel that nowadays there are many risks when traveling, therefore, travel insurance is very important to me. One day I saw a recruitment article from Pacific Cross Vietnam and I wanted to join the new industry as travel insurance, then I applied for the job and I was fortunately accepted to become a member of Pacific Cross Vietnam family, previously Blue Cross Vietnam.

3. What do you do every day?

I am a general accountant, so my job every day is to process data and deliver timely reports for board of directors and related departments. In addition, I support other accountants for accounting expertise. Thirdly, although finance department does not directly contact with the customers, we support other departments to provide information such as premium receipts, payment of claims and to provide timely information for customers.

4. What do you like the most in your job?

When you come to Pacific Cross Vietnam, what you will like most is a very friendly working environment, friendly to members within your departments and other departments. And this is one of the reasons that I become a long-term employee at Pacific Cross Vietnam.

5. After work, what do you like to do most?

After work, I like exercising at the gym, go swimming, or gathering with friends and colleagues for eating and drinking to relieve stress and gain energy to get back to work for the next day. I also take some short training courses to improve myself.
