Update: Important message on Covid19 scenarios for health and travel insurance clients

Health Insurance
Restrictions on movement across international borders due to covid19 have caused many people to be ‘stranded in place’. This includes a number of our health insurance clients holding Master Series policies.
If you are insured by a PCV Master Series policy and you are stranded outside Vietnam, we need you to contact us. We can cover you now and going forward, but there will be a change to your premium so you must get in touch with us. If we don’t hear from you, we can’t help you.

Travel Insurance
Restrictions on movement across international borders due to covid19 have caused many people to be ‘stranded in place’. This includes a number of our travel insurance clients holding Bon Voyage or Travel Flex policies.
If you are currently insured by a Bon Voyage or Travel Flex policy and you are stranded outside Vietnam, we can offer you coverage beyond the expiry of your current policy. To do this, we NEED YOU TO CONTACT US.
