Sales Manager

I – GENERAL FUNCTION:

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing insurance sales activities within the Sales Department through the company’s existing distribution channels, including Sales Staff, PCV Agents, Independent Agents/Brokers, and Corporate Partnerships.
The role focuses on expanding distribution capacity, strengthening relationships with partners, driving profitable business growth, and ensuring the company’s products remain competitive in the marketplace.

II – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Distribution Channel Development
Sales Staff
• Recruit and build a direct sales team to deliver assigned revenue targets.
• Set clear sales targets and track weekly/monthly performance.
• Coach underperforming staff and take action when targets are not met.
Agents
• Increase the number of active agents.
• Drive revenue growth from existing agents through consistent monthly production.
• Work closely with key agents to support pipeline development and close major deals when needed.
Independent Agents / Brokers
• Maintain and grow business from brokers and agency partners.
• Follow up quotations closely to improve conversion rate.
• Manage pricing to stay competitive while protecting margins.

2. Business Development & Market Strategy
• Find and develop new corporate clients and distribution channels.
• Focus on group insurance (BHV) to grow company revenue.
• Work with the team to approach companies and close new deals.
• Propose practical improvements to products/services based on market feedback.

3. Sales Management & Training
• Ensure the team has enough leads and follows up properly.
• Solve day-to-day sales issues quickly (pricing, underwriting, client objections…).
• Take direct action when performance is below target.

4. Training & Team Capability
• Provide basic sales training (product, pitching, objection handling).
• Support team members in real sales situations when needed.
• Share practical sales experience to improve closing rate.

5. Product & Market Contribution
• Give clear feedback on product gaps based on actual sales cases.
• Suggest changes to improve competitiveness (benefits, pricing, process).
• Keep track of competitor activities

6. Relationship Managements and key market movements

• Maintain working relationships with key agents, brokers, and clients.
• Support in handling difficult clients or large accounts when required.
• Manage and reduce conflicts between sales channels.

III – QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from university/college
• At least 2 years of experience in the same position, in insurance/bank /service/finance is an advantage
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic development skills
• The ability to leverage the features and benefits of a service portfolio to build strong marketing and business development campaigns
• Attractive, strong commercial acumen and demonstrable track record of high-performing staff coaching and mentoring
• Proven experience in delivering results through managing domain-based sales groups in each territory
• Organizational skills and detailed orientation
• Well-rounded interpersonal & communication skills
• Excellent relationships, specifically focusing on the needs of customers to gain their commitment and satisfaction

I – GENERAL FUNCTION:

The sales position plays a crucial role in driving business growth by effectively managing customer relationships, developing partnerships with agents, and promoting PCV products. This dynamic position encompasses various tasks to ensure successful sales operations and customer satisfaction.

II – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Distribution Channel Development
Direct
• Introduce PCV products to customers and agents to grow new business from those
• Recruit and build a team to deliver assigned revenue targets
• Support customers and direct agents in addressing inquiries
• Set clear sales targets and track weekly/monthly performance
• Coach underperforming direct agent and take action when targets are not met.
Agents
• Recruit new independent agents and grow business from agency partners
• Support agents and increase the number of active agents
• Follow up quotations closely to improve conversion rate
• Manage receivables from agents in relation to customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential agents and customers.

2. Sales Management & Training Capability
• Ensure the team comply with daily activities management
• Provide basic sales training (product, pitching, objection handling)
• Solve day-to-day sales issues quickly (pricing, underwriting, client objections…)
• Take direct action when performance is below target
• Support team members in real sales situations when needed
• Share practical sales experience to improve closing rate
• Work closely with key agents to support pipeline development and close major deals when needed

III – QUALIFICATIONS:

• University or College graduated
• At least 2 years of experience in the same position, in insurance/bank /service/finance is an advantage

I – GENERAL FUNCTION:

A Claims Officer is responsible for evaluating and resolving claims, providing medical expense guarantees, managing claims administration and handling other related tasks within the assigned authority.

II – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Evaluate and resolve health insurance claims, provide medical expense guarantees according to the service level agreement/ key performance indicator within the assigned authority.

– Process claims on systems according to company guidelines.

– Contact and work with healthcare service providers and company partners.

– Manage the administration and other tasks as assigned by the department manager.

– Handle other duties as assigned.

III – REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

– Responsibility & result orientation.

IV – QUALIFICATIONS:

– Priority of Medical Doctor.

– Proficient in English.

I – Position Objective:

The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to automate critical insurance processes including claims processing, underwriting, risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer service operations. This role combines deep technical expertise with insurance domain knowledge to deliver scalable automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.

II – Roles and Responsibilities:

  • AI/ML Development
  • Design and implement machine learning models for insurance-specific use cases including predictive risk modeling, automated claims assessment, and fraud detection
  • Develop natural language processing solutions for document analysis, policy interpretation, and customer inquiry automation
  • Build computer vision systems for automated damage assessment, medical record analysis, and document processing
  • Create recommendation engines for personalized insurance products and pricing optimization.

 

  • Automation Solutions
  • Architect end-to-end automation workflows that integrate AI models with existing insurance systems and processes
  • Develop robotic process automation (RPA) solutions enhanced with AI capabilities for claims processing, policy administration, and regulatory compliance
  • Build intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants for customer service and agent support
  • Implement automated underwriting systems that combine rule-based logic with machine learning insights.

 

  • Technical Implementation
  • Deploy AI models in production environments with proper monitoring, scaling, and maintenance protocols
  • Integrate AI solutions with core insurance platforms, databases, and third-party APIs
  • Ensure data quality, model performance, and system reliability through comprehensive testing and validation
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.

 

  • Data Management & Analytics
  • Work with large datasets including policy data, claims history, customer interactions, and external data sources
  • Implement data preprocessing pipelines and feature engineering for model training
  • Develop data governance practices ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and privacy requirements
  • Create analytics dashboards and reporting tools to track automation performance and business impact.

 I – GENERAL FUNCTION:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in Java. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with foreigners and designing and developing web applications. Experience in health insurance industry is preferred.

II – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Coding, testing, debugging and documenting software applications

– Analyzing current health insurance management system and fixing bugs

– Analyzing requirements and translating business requirements into designs

– Give ideas and contribute to all Information Technology projects of the company

III – QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science/IT

– At least 3 years of working experience in Spring Boot, Java

– Skilled in writing SQL queries

– Knowledge of JavaScript or Angular is a plus

– Detail-oriented and accurate

-Have a least an intermediate level of English
